DERM SHIELD INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove and replace first sheet within 24 hours.

  • Wash Hands with antibacterial soap. Peel off first derm shield in shower or sink.

  • Use warm/hot water and antibacterial pump soap to clean the tattoo, be sure to scrub all lymph fluid/ink/blood off using the pads of your fingers.

  • Your tattoo will feel smooth and not gooey once you’ve cleaned it and rinsed thoroughly.

  • Once you are done cleaning, dry tattoo with a clean paper towel.

  • Use extra derm shield piece provided at end of the session to replace first piece and leave on for 4 days.

  • Remove final derm shield carefully and slowly, dried ink/fluid will be stuck to the inside of the derm, don’t be alarmed, just keep peeling it off slowly, using warm water to help the adhesive come off. Wash thoroughly, rinse, and dry with clean paper towel. Protip: Remove excess adhesive left on skin with rubbing alcohol.

  • Use lotion or salve of your choice daily, until tattoo has peeled and is no longer dry. Continue applying lotion daily to have healthy skin and bright tattoos!!!
